The great thing about the PNW is that there is a huge diversity of beauty and ecosystems in a relatively small area! We often find that when it’s storming on the coast, it might be completely dry in the forest. When it's snowing on Mt. Hood, there will be wildflowers in Olympic. We love the challenge weather brings to shoots and are usually happy to adventure whatever the weather, but we always have a plan B. If you have your heart set on a certain type of weather, we’ll plan your PNW elopement with the season, location, and flexibility in mind. Of course! While we especially love working together, we’re all about providing options. Our photography and videography packages let you book us for a single service or mix-and-match packages! When you inquire with us, specify in your form what you're looking for. We can talk you through your options when we connect!

We know how excited you are to share your day with your people! That’s why our packages include a First Week Sneak Peek, including a preview gallery and teaser film. We take pride in everything we deliver and want to bring you to happy tears, so our editing process isn’t one-filter-fits-all. High quality and attention to detail take a little time! Your final product will arrive 2-3 months after your elopement day, and it'll be just like Christmas morning…so worth the wait! We aren't just slapping a filter on your photos or throwing a song over your film: we obsess over the details as if your photos/videos were our own! What’s a few months when you’ve got a whole lifetime ahead of you, yknow? 

Great question! A lot of places. When you decide to work with us, we don’t treat it as a one-day deal. Between phone calls, timeline planning, location scouting, vendor matching, traveling, multiple days of shooting, and editing your photos and videos for delivery…*deep breath*...we invest a minimum of 40 hours into each elopement experience — and for some packages, it’s more than double that! So your investment isn’t just going into a product that will last a lifetime. It’s also going into our time, our thoughtfully curated process, and business investments like gear, education, & training. Since part of Avodah’s mission is to give back & serve, some of your investment will support causes we care about! We donate to 3 different organizations & ministries a month — you can read more about that here!

We intentionally limit ourselves to 2 weddings & elopements per month because of the time, dedication, and connection we put into each experience! That means we almost never shoot someone else’s wedding or elopement the week or weekend we shoot yours. Spots do tend to book up fast, so if you already have a date picked out, reach out ASAP to see if we’re available. Fingers crossed! (We’ve got two hands each, so that’s double the good luck.)
